Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. However, each sweater is made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds due to a change of mind. But if you would like to exchange sizes or you identify an issue with your item, please contact our customer service team within 2 weeks of the delivery date so that we can provide you with a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Our delivery time for orders is approximately 2 weeks. We aim to ensure each item is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, which requires time for quality control.

Please anticipate slightly longer processing times during busy periods such as major holidays.

How much is shipping?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location. Please check our checkout page for more details.

Please note that we do not offer Economy Shipping to the following locations. Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia, Luxembourg. However, Express Shipping is still available.

How can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information for your order will be automatically sent once we have shipped your item. Due to custom manufacturing process, please allow 7-10 days for us to process and ship your order.

Our sweaters are crafted from a high-quality blend of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. This combination offers both comfort and durability, ensuring a cozy and long-lasting product. They are both breathable and warm.

How do I care for my sweater?

Our sweaters are made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. To keep your sweater looking its best, we recommend machine washing it in cold water and using a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and if you can, tumble drying. For specific care instructions, refer to the label on your sweater.

  • Do not bleach.
  • No dry cleaning.
  • Iron at a low temperature.
